Warranty Term and Conditions



What is our warrranty covered?

* All our LCD product covered with ONE Year Warranty return to base by JS Technofone

* All our Small Parts / Accessories covered with 3 Months Warranty return to base by JS Technofone

* Warranty cover ONLY on Factory Fault, not by Physical damage, liquid damage, etc

* We reserve the right to refuse warranty on any items displaying any physical damage at our discretion.

* Any Unused Parts can be return for replacement or store credits in 21 days from invoice date.


How to return the faulty products?

Make sure all faulty products are in JS Technofone warranty terms and conditions

Please write down the problem on each faulty products on a paper


How customer knows JS Technofone Products?

JS Technofone always have identification mark on the products.

How about shipping for returning products ?

Customers pay for the shipping cost, Please package the products carefully and we advice customer to use trackable service as we don't responsible for any lost or damage by transit.


After Returning product what option customers have?
We will sent the replacement parts ASAP after checking the faulty parts (assuming replacement parts in stock) or will give you store credits, in some cases refund can be given (please confirm with manager)

We only cover standard local postage for sending warranty products.

We will not responsible for returning products that are not sold by JS Technofone, so check carefully where you buy from before sending it to us.
